Ekklesia
Total overhaul for the high-traffic Ekklesia website, turning it into a Drupal wondersite.
Ekklesia is an independent Christian think-tank that examines religion in public life. It has been listed by The Independent newspaper among the top most 20 influential UK think-tanks, and according to the Alexa/Amazon rankings is the most visited Christian current affairs site in the UK. It is a not-for-profit body, and raises around £200,000 per year for social justice and peace causes.
And what did we do for them? We Drupalised the Ekklesia site!
The project involved
- total rebranding and design overhaul;
- importing all the existing content into the sparkling new Drupal content management system;
- creating a powerful categorisation system and content logic;
- streamlining the workflow for writing new articles, with many automated elements (such as RSS, search, content push and so on);
- and all manner of untold Drupal goodness!
